WORLD CHAMPION BUCKING BULL

BAYOU BENGAL

Bayou Bengal is the 2023 PRCA World Champion Bucking Bull. Bayou Bengal is a son of 60-3 Inferno (10-5 Crosswired) and out of a full sister to 20U Shepard Hills Tested. He has made two trips to the Wrangler NFR and had (16) recorded outs this year and was only ridden one time, which was by Jeff Askey for 90 points in San Antonio. He had two outs back to back over the 4th of July run where he was marked 48 points.

Big Tex

2010 BAREBACK HORSE OF THE YEAR
16X WNFR QUALIFIER

BIG TEX

A 2000 foal, Big Tex’s genetics say so much about him. Born to prolific sire Night Jacket and out of another excellent mare Kattle Kate, the electric bay gelding was born to buck. He has been selected to buck at 15 consecutive NFRs, the last nine in saddle bronc riding.

He was the 2010 Bareback of the Year and is one of four horses that are part of the world-record 94-point bareback rides. After two decades, he’s still one of the best.

Dirty Jacket

2X BAREBACK HORSE OF THE YEAR

DIRTY JACKET

Sired by Night Jacket and out of the mare Dirty, this 2004 bay gelding has made 12 NFR appearances (9 bareback, 3 saddle bronc) and earned the title of PRCA Bareback Horse of the Year in 2014 and 2015.

Dirty Jacket is known for his legendary rear out of the chute and for his high-flying bucking style. In 2019, he made the transition over to saddle bronc riding, where he continues to produce major scores along with the world’s best riders.

Good Time Charlie

14X WNFR QUALIFIER

GOOD TIME CHARLIE

The bucking styles of some of the greatest animals in ProRodeo history are identifiers of greatness. That’s definitely the case with Good Time Charlie, a beautiful sorrel gelding that has been selected to perform at the NFR 14 times.

Born in 2002, he’s proven to be one of the greatest horses of this generation. The cowboys select him for the NFR’s TV pen, solidifying his place among the most electric horses in the game. He’s still proving it every year.

Toma Jo

WNFR BUCKING HORSE

TOMA JO

Born in 2010, 086 Toma Jo is an electric Bay Mare who is making a name for herself in Pro Rodeo. She carries an average stock score of 45.38 points, and a 50% career buck-off rate. Toma Jo tied for 2nd Top Saddle Bronc Horse of the 2020 WNFR and Ryder Wright scored 89.5 on her at the 2021 NFR. She was the high-marked horse of the 2021 RNCFR. (24/25)

River's Ghost

WNFR BUCKING HORSE

RIVER'S GHOST

4x9 River's Ghost is a 7-year-old gray gelding with some amazing genetics. His dam is the great River Boat Annie, a 10X NFR selection and the 2007 Reserve Bareback of the Year, and his sire is the legendary Korczak. River's Ghost matched up with Kolby Wanchuk twice in 2021 resulting in impressive 88 & 86.5 point scores and was selected for his first NFR in the same year.

Twilight Zone

WNFR & PBR FINALS BULL

TWILIGHT ZONE

608 Twilight Zone had a heck of a season in 2021. He was selected for both the NFR, and PBR World Finals where he matched up with Salvano Alves for 89.5 points. Twilight zone was also one part of a 90-point event winning ride in Little Rock, AR by Rafael Henrique dos Santos.

High Rise

WNFR & PBR Finals Bull

HIGH RISE

197 Bloomer's High Rise was selected to both the NFR and PBR Finals in 2021, after being ridden only once out of 16 attempts during the 2021 ProRodeo regular season. João Ricardo Vieira earned the win in Nacogdoches for his 87.5 point bout with the speckled bull.
