Jeremy Willis is one of the best pickup men in ProRodeo. He has been nominated for PRCA Pickup Man of the Year in 2015-16, recognizing the top five in the game.
The Elkhart, Texas, cowboy began riding bareback horses at age 16, then earned a rodeo scholarship at Wharton County Community College. There he qualified for the College National Finals Rodeo. As a ProRodeo cowboy he was a three-time qualifier to the RAM Texas Circuit Texas Circuit Finals.
He began working as a pickup man in 2007 and has been selected to work the Texas Circuit Finals each of the past four years. He also was voted to be the pickup man at the RAM National Circuit Finals in 2015.
He and his wife, Anna – a nurse and a PRCA timer – have three children: Colton, Emma and Jenna.
